Requirements
  • A.A Degree in Radiology Technology or equivalent approved American Medical Association program.
  • Minimum of three years of radiologic experience and special procedures experience (preferred).
  • One year minimum experience in performing computed tomography CT or previous acute hospital experience (preferred).
  • Experience with care for all age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
  • CRT License and Fluoroscopy Permit
  • Valid California State Certification License in unlimited diagnostic radiology services
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT License
  • Current Basic Life Support BLS
  • Computed Tomography CT Certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Perform the capacity of CT Radiology Technologist and perform all required special procedures in the radiology department.
  • Operate specialized radiology equipment and perform routine diagnostic procedures to provide quality radiographic images.
  • Develop, initiate, train and monitor procedures for the effective utilization of the CT unit and other portable and stationary X-ray units within the radiology department.

  • CT Certification Preferred
