Requirements
  • 2+ years professional experience in sales operations and enablement, sales development, finance, or a related function.
  • Experience using Salesforce to construct reports and comfortable leveraging excel/ GSheets to analyze data. Prior experience with other sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, SalesLoft.. Etc is a bonus.
  • Crisp communication skills and confidence simplifying complex concepts into easy to understand narratives
  • Analytical and results-oriented individual with a bias for action.
Responsibilities
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships leaders, deeply understand their business objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to accelerate their progress.
  • Demonstrate effective cross-functional collaboration and a customer-first mindset.
  • Develop, analyze, and communicate data insights and provide strategic recommendations in a clear and concise manner with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Support the preparation of materials for key business rhythms including monthly Revenue Reviews, weekly Senior Leadership Team meetings, annual financial planning, and more.
  • Collaborate with peers in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations to design and implement operational changes to improve revenue.
