  • Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
  • Basic mathematical skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate proficiently both verbally and in written form to successfully interact with our internal and external customers, claimants, financial advisors, lawyers, and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by demonstrating the highest level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal form.
  • Display empathy and predict the needs of clients through active listening.
  • Review claims and ensure the file is handled in a manner that is in accordance with procedures, Product, Privacy legislation, Pension legislation, Anti Money Laundering and Canadian Tax rules and regulations.
  • Document claim files to ensure an accurate record of events.
  • Obtain complete file information to ensure accuracy.
  • Accurately update system to ensure the accuracy of reserve calculations.
