Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Hybrid Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Hazelwood, MO area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform analysis of aircraft avionic systems data and determine the compatibility / feasibility of testing and repairing of these systems with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and associated Test Program Sets (TPS).
Analyze Electrical, Analog, Digital, RF, Ethernet, Fiber Optics or E-O for complex systems and circuit card assemblies Knowledge of RADAR and IFF systems is a plus.
Develop the TPS Acquisition Documentation to include the Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Item Descriptions (CDRLs).
Review system requirements, design, development, integration, test and delivery of OEM ATE products.
Support On-site Integration Activities to include observing integration testing, fault insertion and review of logbook entries.
Witness On-Site formal Developmental Acceptance Testing to include contractor’s execution of Test Plan, formal fault insertion, recording of test results (pass/fail), and final test reports accurately reflect the testing activities. Support TPS Testing Events and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA).
Support the technical review / approval of contractor hardware, software, and data end products.
Reviews TPS Software developed in Abbreviated Test Language for All Systems (ATLAS) and C++ programming Languages.
Basic Qualifications:
Must Have 3 or more years of experience.
Must have Designed and Developed Automated Test Systems to test and isolate failures for Military or Commercial Avionic, Navigation, Communication, RADAR and IFF Systems (etc.).
Must have Designed and Developed Military or Commercial Systems such as Avionic, Navigation, Communication, RADAR and IFF Systems (etc.).
Must have Analyzed 3 or more of the following Electrical and Electronic disciplines: Power Supplies, Analog, Digital, RF (High and Low Power), Databases (1553, ARINC), E-O, Fiber Optics, Ethernet, Fiber (GB Ethernet) for military or avionic systems and circuit card assemblies.
Must have Performed analysis of military or aircraft avionic systems data and determines the compatibility / feasibility of testing and repairing of these systems with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and associated Test Program Sets (TPS) (Software/Hardware/Instructions).
Must have Supported On-site Integration Activities to include executing or observing integration testing, fault insertion & analysis, and review of logbook entries; or Witness On-Site formal Developmental Acceptance Testing to include contractor’s execution of the Test Plan, Physical Configuration Audits (PCA), formal fault insertion, recording of test results (pass/fail), deficiency reports and final test reports accurately reflect the testing activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be able to commute to the Boeing’s Facility, 163 James S McDonnell Boulevard, Hazelwood, MO., 63042.
Must be willing to travel. Less than 25%.
Must be fluent in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Clearance Requirements:
This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Position Self to move.
Stationary 50% or more of the time.
Occasionally move around the office.
Must be able to Communicate.
Must be able to detect computer screen and other work-related material.
