Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary education program with co-op or internship eligibility.
  • Enrolled in a diploma program in information technology or computer systems, a Bachelor of Computer Science program, a Bachelor of Computer Engineering program, or an equivalent technical field of study.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the incoming IT ticketing queue, triage requests, and distribute them to team members according to their areas of expertise.
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration and provisioning of corporate tools, including Bitwarden and Dropbox.
  • Assist with email signature management across email clients.
  • Escalate and help resolve high-priority and critical service tickets in a timely and systematic manner.
  • Follow up with end users to gather troubleshooting information, resolve issues, and provide updates on technical requests.
  • Author, update, and organize technical documentation and assist in creating knowledge-base articles.
  • Research, test, and investigate artificial intelligence tools and workflows to improve enterprise IT productivity and automation.
  • Support and maintain the corporate Microsoft Office 365 environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with standard office productivity applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity or conceptual knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environments, specifically Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for writing user-friendly instructions and managing professional email communications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and track follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and participation in artificial intelligence research and pilot applications.
