Requirements
  • Strong credit control experience including working knowledge of aviation insurance market collections.
  • ECF (electronic claims file) experience is essential.
  • Able to work to targets, be self-motivated, focused & assertive.

  • Capacity to manage & prioritise an extensive workload, particularly at month end cycles.

Responsibilities
  • supports the entire AR process across the global Aviation business, conducting collections, ensuring that aged debt is managed effectively, and DSO targets are achieved.
  • build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, consistently looking for ways to improve process and increase automation.
  • work closely with the operational leadership team, the aviation global teams and identify areas to add value and ensure first-class service.
  • take the lead on complex or sensitive query resolution, working with clients, brokers and underwriters.
