Brevian.ai builds AI-driven agents that help security analysts and support teams work faster. Its no-code platform lets business users create custom AI agents without developers. The agents plug into existing systems like ticketing tools, CRMs, knowledge bases, and release notes to automate routines, route tickets to the right teams, and proactively spot emerging issues, improving issue resolution. Unlike many competitors, Brevian.ai focuses on enterprise-scale security and support, emphasizes enterprise-ready security, and leverages a team with backgrounds at Databricks, LinkedIn, and Moveworks to deliver reliable solutions. The goal is to help large organizations automate repetitive tasks, speed up incident handling, and provide proactive support through customizable AI agents.
