Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy that aligns with the overall game vision and business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and performance of in-game events, ensuring they maximize player engagement and revenue.
  • Lead the daily strategy for the in-game store, including pricing, promotions, and feature enhancements to meet performance goals.
  • Manage and optimize time-sensitive features, such as slots and events, through performance analysis and data-driven adjustments.
  • Understand and respond to player behavior and preferences to create monetization strategies that feel rewarding and fair.
  • Work closely with Analytics, Product Design, and Economy teams to align monetization initiatives with game systems and player experience goals.
  • Oversee daily and hourly revenue forecasting, identify performance trends, and adjust strategies in real-time to meet targets.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Support teams to enhance VIP programs and drive player retention through tailored offerings.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing monetization team, fostering innovation and excellence in execution.
