Requirements
  • Must currently be a second or third year student in an undergraduate program, preferably a Business, Marketing, Data Science, or Statistics Major
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Comfortable with conducting customer research, interpreting and summarizing data and providing actionable insights
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and an aptitude for discerning actionable recommendations from data
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally
  • Proficient with Microsoft office programs and Google Suite
  • Prior marketing internship experience preferred, but not required
  • Flexible multi-tasker who can manage multiple complex projects
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Driven self-learner who is highly motivated to achieve established goals
  • Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Collaborative partner who can work cross functionally
Responsibilities
  • Assist in audience targeting development, campaign building, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and/or YouTube
  • Conduct competitive digital ad analysis to audit the creative, messaging, and key objectives of select competitors across multiple digital platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to assist in creative and/or copywriting development, understand the goals/key objectives of internal constituents, and share out campaign performance results and key learnings
  • Assist in the development of campaign reporting and identifying learnings and insights from data analysis
  • Assist in managing the workflows of paid media campaigns from ideation and planning, to identifying and helping to drive delivery of creative asset needs, through execution and reporting out of performance
  • Build on your knowledge of performance marketing campaigns and frameworks and the role of performance marketing towards the overall success of a company
  • Get first-hand experience socializing and presenting your work to other teams and senior leadership
