  • Must be highly detail-oriented and able to build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Possess a clear understanding of the organization’s mission, vision, and foundation.
  • Deliver and coordinate educational presentations to existing and prospective members.
  • Help maintain working relationships with referral sources.
  • Engage potential members through phone, text, and email.
  • Give tours of Flagship Health Clinic and Mobile Clinic.
  • Represent and promote the organization at community events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop materials and ensure social media is utilized.
  • Utilize CRM for leads, expense tracking, proposals, presentations, and other information.
  • Research and identify local organizations and events.
  • Participate in and contribute to management meetings and team projects.
  • Collaborate with the operations team in order to coordinate services.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Military experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
