  • 2 Year Technical Education Degree or 5+ Years of IT Administrative support (preferably with manufacturing operations and process workflow experience and background)

Responsibilities
  • Support two USA manufacturing sites that make Hard Disk Drive components
  • Liaison with applications development team for problems that require code changes
  • Collaborate with Western Digital's Global desktop support group
  • Collaborate with the IT asset management group
  • Manage Laptop and Workstation Inventory
  • Update CMDB asset database in ServiceNow
  • Order IT consumables
  • Work with Leadership Team to create weekly and quarterly reports
  • Attend Morning and Afternoon Manufacturing Operations Status meetings (when asked)
