Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive, is required.
  • Familiarity with PDF editing and document management software is required.
  • The candidate must have organizational and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and coordinate calendars, including scheduling due dates and meetings and organizing professional development activities.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of reports, proposals, work authorizations, invoices, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing software.
  • Proofread, edit, and perform quality control on client-facing deliverables.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain document management systems using SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Assist with contractor and subcontractor pre-qualification documentation and submissions.
  • Navigate and utilize various client portals to support the preparation and submission of technical deliverables.
  • Track timelines and assist in ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.
  • Provide general administrative support to enhance operational effectiveness.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
