Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics and 5+ years of experience in product yield enhancement or process integration
  • Proven knowledge in device physics and reliability (e.g. HCI, TDDB, SOA characterization, etc.)
  • Understand of key analog and mix-signal design and device requirements (e.g. mismatch, Rdson, etc.) and their product implication
  • Excellent analytical skills and cognitive abilities combined with a logical approach to problem-solving
  • Strong data analysis skills and an ability to format, present and explain data to different audiences expertly and clearly
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead numerous projects and deadlines and work effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrate initiative and handle constantly evolving priorities and competing demands
  • Available for up to 10% travel overseas
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, procedures, facilities and equipment
  • Experience working with external foundries (TSMC, Global Foundries)
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for wafer production yield roadmaps including: continuous yield enhancement activities to improve product margin; establishing statistical bin limits; disposition of maverick silicon; collaborate with internal and external to resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate teams including overseas engineers and overseas foundry partners to accomplish the above items and present yield performance to management
  • Develop new methods and improve software tools used for yield enhancement
