Product Specialist @ Alchemy

The Role

As a Product Specialist at Alchemy, you will be pushing the entire blockchain industry forward by helping developers and companies accelerate their product development. You will use your first-hand knowledge and work closely with Alchemy’s customers to ensure a great user experience to help them maximize the value they get from the platform. You will collect product feedback, share learnings with the entire team, and help inform our roadmap .

In a nutshell, this role is meant for someone with a technical background who is looking to work with multiple sides of the business, with the main focus on understanding customer needs and shaping feedback into product decisions.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to solve their needs
Be the front line for customers
Collect and organize product feedback across our entire customer base
Be the voice of the customers
Perform analysis reports on qualitative and quantitative data + present to team
Inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization based on customer feedback
Make informed suggestions to create a stellar customer experience
Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals
Work cross-functionally to drive long term solutions / product development decisions

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry
A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Capable of understanding of customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by technical services
Experience managing numerous requests and time demands concurrently
Be able to work in a quickly changing environment
Experience working with startups
Experience working in Web3
A hustler mentality, founding a company or building side projects is a plus!
