The Technical Director role works directly with assigned clients aligning their ServiceNow technology strategy with their overall business objectives. Their main duties include developing ways to integrate the business systems, creating and implementing architectural models, and suggesting improvements to current internal functions and processes that ServiceNow supports. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to ensure the client has and understands the right technical strategy to transform their vision into reality.

- Advise on architecture landscape for ServiceNow as it relates to technology, data, security, and integration.
- Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders that ensure client satisfaction and translate to sales.
- Collaborate with Internal Cask stakeholders to ensure client success.
- Serve as the client’s technical trusted advisor and main point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Implement large-scale, innovative solutions to drive business transformation.
- Evaluate, identify, and communicate related risks to the engagement.
- Develop technology strategy and planning deliverables to address risks and improve the effectiveness of the organization.
- Produce target state solution architecture, assessments, and gap analysis.
- Support and strategize on the overall solution and roadmap.
- Stay current with industry and ServiceNow best practices.

Note: Base salary range is $140,000 to $190,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
