Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience collaboratively working with external partners, for example as a consultant or facilitating relationships with external contractors.
  • Experience working in project management capacity and/or demonstrated qualifications in project management.
  • Experience working in a museum, cultural setting, foundation, or nonprofit organization, with a focus on developing and implementing evaluation projects and communicating impact is preferred; an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will satisfy the minimum requirements.
  • Knowledge of social science research methods, program evaluation, and philanthropic evaluation.
  • Familiarity with survey design and interview protocols, data synthesis, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated skills in quantitative (primarily descriptive) and qualitative methods.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Qualtrics, SPSS, R, and JASP, or similar statistics programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience turning ideas, concepts, and data into engaging and easily accessible visualizations.
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision and manage multiple projects in a high-volume and fast-paced environment to complete assignments on regular deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Art Bridges liaison for COVES partner museums, providing onboarding, renewal coordination, and ongoing support.
  • Facilitate partner communications, including participating in community meetings, forums, and Communities of Practice (CoP) calls.
  • Help partners understand and apply their COVES data to support internal decision-making and audience development strategies.
  • Collaborate with CARE to ensure partner feedback informs system improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner participation, exhibition schedules, and onboarding status in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate logistics for partner training, renewal calls, and check-ins.
  • Support the development of toolkits, webinars, and other professional development resources for COVES participants.
  • Monitor the Qualtrics dashboard and coordinate with CARE to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the Art Bridges Marketing and Communications team to share COVES findings through articles, case studies, and impact stories.
  • Support the planning and facilitation of convenings and conference presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of materials that communicate the impact of COVES to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare quarterly data summaries and reports for Art Bridges leadership, board, and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct descriptive and comparative analysis of COVES data using tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, and JASP.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Logan welcomes dean of College of Chiropractic. Logan University (Chesterfield, MO) welcomes Angela Pierce, DC, PhD, DipACLM as dean of the College of Chiropractic. Dr. Pierce is a chiropractic physician, neuroscientist and nationally recognized leader in whole health medical education. She brings nearly two decades of experience spanning academic leadership, curriculum innovation, translational research, and whole-person health integration. "I am deeply honored to join Logan University at such an exciting time in chiropractic education," Dr. Pierce said. "Logan's rich chiropractic tradition and student-centered environment are legacies I have long admired, and I am excited to join a place where meaningful work and purpose are infused in the culture. I step into this role energized by that foundation and driven by the belief that great chapters are ahead. I look forward to working alongside faculty, staff, and students to foster a community that will continue to make Logan a leading voice in chiropractic education." As the founder and CEO of Whole Health Together, LLC, Dr. Pierce advances evidence-based lifestyle medicine, behavior change, and well-being strategies for individuals and organizations. Her work blends rigorous scientific training with a deep commitment to human well-being, drawing on her background as a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a certified health and wellness coach through Duke Health & Integrative Medicine. Before joining Logan University, Dr. Pierce served as assistant dean of whole health integration and founding faculty at the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, where she led the development of a four-year whole health and self-care curriculum, created institutional definitions and frameworks for whole health, and designed novel courses integrating medicine, art, and well-being. She previously spent six years at Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she held multiple administrative roles - including director of preclinical assessment and phase II director - and taught extensively across the medical curriculum. Dr. Pierce earned her PhD in Neurosciences from the University of Kansas Medical Center, where her research focused on early life stress, chronic pelvic pain, and neuroimmune mechanisms. Her work has been published in PAIN, Frontiers in Physiology, Neurourology and Urodynamics, The Journal of Pain, and other peer-reviewed journals. She has delivered more than 40 invited talks and keynote addresses on topics ranging from stress neurobiology to art in medical education, whole health and curriculum design. Additionally, Dr. Pierce has guided dozens of medical, graduate, and undergraduate trainees and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Madison & Lila Self Fellowship, the Mamie E. Johnston Creative Art in Teaching Award, and several research presentation distinctions. She has also completed advanced leadership training through the Duke Leadership Program in Whole Health & Well-Being, the Harvard Macy Institute, and the Society for Neuroscience Early Career Policy Fellowship.
