Responsibilities
  • Set monthly, annual, and quarterly targets for assigned accounts.
  • Manage and monitor account and ship performance against targets, forecasts, and contractual minimums, identifying drivers and risks.
  • Work with partners to review channel, product, pricing, promotional, and square-foot performance.
  • Identify and evaluate the sourcing and mix of revenue to grow the most profitable channels.
  • Generate ideas for new business development in Onboard Revenue.
  • Use business analysis to define future strategies involving products, partners, channels, and contracting, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Use business analysis to influence newbuild and revitalization concept, design, and allocation.
  • Provide analytical support for initiatives related to assigned accounts.
  • Provide analytical support for Onboard Revenue contract negotiations.
  • Identify and assess opportunities to accelerate app revenue growth.
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned by a supervisor or management and cover revenue partner accounts as needed.
  • Support and drive revenue for concessionaire accounts exceeding approximately $250 million.
  • Set and track financial goals for accounts on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.

Royal Caribbean completes $1.25B bond offering to refinance debt

Royal Caribbean Group has completed a registered public offering of $1.25 billion in senior unsecured notes due 2034. The notes, which carry a 5.550% interest rate, will mature on 20 January 2034 unless redeemed earlier. The cruise operator plans to use the net proceeds primarily to repay part of its outstanding floating rate term loan facilities. Any remaining funds will go towards repaying or refinancing other existing debt. BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. served as lead book-running managers for the offering. The notes were sold pursuant to an automatic shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 29 February 2024. Royal Caribbean Group operates 71 ships across three wholly owned brands.
