Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the data, analytics, and AI strategy for enterprise data.
  • Drive the implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making.
  • Oversee the master data management and governance of data assets to ensure data quality, security, and compliance for data assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of standard platforms and technologies across AT to enable scalability and interoperability.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of data platforms and infrastructure.
  • Partner with business leaders to leverage data for strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data technologies and methodologies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the data, analytics, and AI teams.
  • Drive business value realization through the effective use of data, analytics, and AI technologies.
  • Attract and retain strong diverse technical talent in this high-demand technology competency.
  • Player-coach approach to manage and mentor a team of data professionals, including data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or data science roles, with at least 7 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of lakehouse data architecture, data governance, and data analytics.
  • Proven experience with data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks, and cloud-based data solutions for AI/ML, Ingestion, BI, Governance etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain top data talent.
  • Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
