Responsibilities
  • Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support medical devices.
  • Analyzes workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
  • Perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures and creation of architectural diagrams of IT application ecosystems.
  • Supports software implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.
  • The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
  • This role will have work that will also be generated, troubleshot and resolved via our enterprise helpdesk ticketing system, so you will be part of a team that supports checking a work queue.
