What You'll Do:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician instructions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Work collaboratively with CNAs, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
Active LVN License in the State of California
Current BLS Certification
Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
