Requirements
  • Five to seven years of experience leading end-to-end creative project management for complex digital experiences, including production, packaging, social, video, and digital initiatives.
  • Expertise in Asana, including building projects, workflows, templates, rules, automations, and reporting from the ground up.
  • Experience building and managing project timelines, production calendars, and delivery plans within a high-volume, fast-paced, small-team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging project and team data to measure performance, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to influence decisions, navigate competing priorities, and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to build productive relationships across a wide range of personalities and working styles while managing multiple stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to protect scope, timelines, quality, and team capacity while adapting to changing business priorities.
  • Availability to work online during Centr’s core business hours.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Own the planning and delivery of creative and content initiatives.
  • Drive projects from brief to final asset across production shoots, packaging, social, video, and digital.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Content, Engineering, and other business functions to align creative work and deliver it on time.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between the creative team and stakeholders across the business.
  • Help shape how creative work is planned, communicated, and delivered.
  • Partner with Program Management to design and implement scalable workflows, communication tools, and delivery processes.
  • Drive operational excellence, influence cross-functional teams, and implement processes that improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Deliver creative projects on time while improving collaboration and creative operations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience working within a creative organization, agency, or in-house creative team, with a strong understanding of creative production workflows and asset development.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members on project management principles, tools, and best practices.
