Responsibilities
  • Travel to installation sites.
  • Move a 32-foot ladder from the truck to the house at each site.
  • Climb ladders.
  • Enter attics to take measurements.
  • Measure all roof facets.
  • Perform structural inspections.
  • Test electric panel voltage.
  • Document all work completed at the installation site and transmit it to the engineering team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of potential solar installation sites to identify hazards.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment during site surveys, including hard hats, gloves, and safety glasses.
  • Document identified hazards and recommended safety measures.
  • Report safety incidents or near-misses promptly and accurately.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure safe working condition and report issues.
