Requirements
  • Portfolio demonstrating mastery in both creativity and technical precision
  • At least 5+ years experience working in a professional, client-driven environment as a motion designer
  • Proficiency in Cinema4D and rendering with Redshift
  • Modeling skills, traditional and non-traditional with an understanding of topology and UV spaces
  • Lighting and rendering photo-real and stylized CG for advertising and digital projects
  • Ability to animate in 3D and 2D
  • Expert knowledge of After Effects and popular plug-ins
  • Proficiency in the Adobe suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier), and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with current color management workflows and compositing multi-pass renders within After Effects
Responsibilities
  • Concepting independently and collaboratively
  • Contributing to a wide range of projects with visual storytelling, 3D imagery, and motion design
  • Aligning to creative direction while applying a sophisticated design sense to every stage of the creative and production process
  • Creating required graphic elements from scripts and boards while upholding client and agency brand standards
  • Integrating 3D assets within motion, editorial, and experiential brand projects
  • Presenting to internal stakeholders as well as clients
  • Maintaining 3D pipeline and best practices
