Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, consultative sales, workforce solutions, managing and leading teams, or healthcare relationship management is required.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and developing partnerships within healthcare systems, healthcare organizations, or other complex enterprise environments is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long consultative sales cycles and influence multi-stakeholder decision-making processes is required.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding performance goals, partnership targets, or revenue objectives is required.
  • Strong executive presence with communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills is required.
  • Strong project management, pipeline management, and time management abilities are required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations to generate partnerships, expand enterprise engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify workforce gaps and align education and workforce solutions with recruitment, retention, career mobility, leadership development, and employee upskilling priorities.
  • Generate and cultivate partnership opportunities by prospecting, leading discovery meetings, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating agreements, and managing opportunities through execution and partner growth.
  • Advise healthcare organizations on scalable education and talent development solutions that deliver measurable organizational outcomes.
  • Develop and manage healthcare partnership opportunities within a defined territory.
  • Develop pipeline, progress opportunities toward assigned goals, and report to leadership regularly.
  • Collaborate with academic, workforce, and operational teams to develop customized workforce development solutions.
  • Support apprenticeship pathways, career ladders, clinical workforce pipelines, leadership development programs, and employer-sponsored education models.
  • Develop partnership proposals and business cases demonstrating return on investment, workforce impact, employee outcomes, and long-term value.
  • Help healthcare organizations implement workforce strategies that improve hiring pipelines, retention, internal mobility, and workforce sustainability.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder healthcare environments and long sales cycles.
  • Manage partnership opportunities through prospecting, executive engagement, proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, launch coordination, and account expansion.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate cross-functionally to support execution, partner satisfaction, and growth.
  • Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, and partnership activity in Salesforce.
  • Represent Risepoint at healthcare and workforce development conferences, executive meetings, and industry events.
  • Monitor trends in healthcare workforce transformation, employer-sponsored education, talent development, and healthcare labor markets.
  • Build brand credibility and market awareness through thought leadership, relationship development, and strategic industry engagement.
  • Establish and grow healthcare partnerships generating measurable revenue growth, with a goal of 2–4 new contracts annually.
  • Develop and maintain a partnership pipeline and convert opportunities into signed agreements.
  • Drive adoption and expansion of workforce development solutions within partner organizations.
  • Implement solutions that improve recruitment, retention, career mobility, and workforce sustainability outcomes.
  • Develop trusted executive relationships that support long-term partnership growth and account expansion.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver workforce solutions and partner experiences.
  • Contribute to market growth, industry presence, client satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of U.S. higher education, healthcare workforce trends, and employer-sponsored education models.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeships, career pathways, and healthcare talent pipeline strategies.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management platforms for pipeline activity, forecasting, and partnership performance.
  • Experience with healthcare workforce development, continuing education, or talent solutions organizations.
