  • Design and implement a comprehensive PMO organizational and technical structure to effectively manage deliverables and projects for clinical research projects.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor clinical research projects aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders for to align on project goals through effective planning and communication.
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Lead teams to evaluate and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and project success.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess effectiveness of project management practices and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Provide training and support on PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Implement, monitor and report on quality control to preserve data integrity and operational standards.
  • Foster interdepartmental collaboration and improve sustainable processes.
  • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.
