Requirements
  • 3 years related experience selling IT services to healthcare accounts
  • Experience building consistent new revenue pipeline
  • Experience and knowledge using Excel spreadsheets
  • Experience and comfortable interacting with customer executives in information technology and lines of business
  • Be able to travel as required for this role
  • Understanding of complete key sales and business development initiatives to improve awareness and increase sales pipeline

Responsibilities
  • Develop and complete an effective plan to drive sales revenue and high customer satisfaction
  • Commit to and deliver results based on assigned quarterly targets
  • Actively manage the progression of sales opportunities by leading the effort with internal resources or teaming with business partners
  • Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong long-term relationships with business executives
  • Successfully prospect into your assigned accounts to discover and develop viable selling opportunities
  • Understand what motivates customers to buy and what drives the industry to grow faster and know how to tap into those needs in an effective way
  • Encourage long-term strategic relationships within select high profile enterprise accounts
  • Develop a robust qualified pipeline and handle strategic and customer-centric account planning, crafting, owning, and forecasting
  • Be the trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy
  • Nurture client relationships by building trust, partnership, and an emotional connection
  • Gain access and build relationships with key executives, C-level leaders, and decision-makers
  • Master and share the why Softrams story that represents the value we provide to customers with our unified, multi-pillar offerings
  • Determine customer requirement and use cases
  • Exhibit written and verbal communication skills
