Requirements
  • 3-5+ years as a successful sales leader, preferably in a SaaS environment leading and developing a team of high-growth sellers
  • Consistent performance in areas such as: ARR bookings, Pipeline Generation, Forecasting and SFDC administration
  • A proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Project Management, Marketing and Sales Operations
  • Proven ability to be a "peer leader"
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills
  • Energized by solving customer's problems- e.g. consultative sales approach
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share across law enforcement accounts
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  • Hire, coach and train Enterprise AEs with the goal of maximizing revenue, customer satisfaction and employee
  • Develop successful cross-functional partnerships across the organization (including: Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc)
