Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Agile program management tools including but not limited to Jira, Confluence
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics and campaign management tools including but not limited to Hubspot, Salesforce
  • 3-5 years experience in a campaign management or related role
  • Enthusiasm for a career in marketing and agile program management
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and tools
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think and plan both tactically and strategically
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the coordination of marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives
  • Act as the Scrum Master for marketing campaigns, facilitating Agile processes and ensuring timely delivery
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment and coordination across various channels
  • Lead campaign management efforts, coordinating with teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports on key performance metrics
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing operational efficiencies within the marketing department
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate project execution and alignment
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain brand consistency and effectiveness
