- 6+ years of professional experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong experience with Angular and React for front-end development
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Grails for back-end development
- Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong end-to-end full-stack development experience, from front-end UI to back-end services and deployment
- Experience with large volume web based applications
- Experience building scalable web sites for multiple industries
- Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing best coding practices
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain legacy systems to ensure long-term stability
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and business teams, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Manage and coordinate work with offshore teams, ensuring efficient communication and task execution
- Troubleshoot and maintain legacy systems, ensuring stability and compatibility with modern applications
- Ensure best practices in cloud computing and infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing, and deployments
- Identify and resolve technical issues to improve application reliability and performance
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
