Accelerates synthetic biology with rapid, high-quality DNA synthesis
Company Overview
Elegen stands out in the synthetic biology field with its proprietary DNA synthesis technology, ENFINIA DNA, which delivers long, linear DNA of up to 7000 bp with an impressively low error rate of 1:70,000 per bp in just 6-8 business days. This technology not only accelerates mRNA vaccine development workflows by eliminating the need for a master cell bank and plasmid production, but also makes gene therapy platforms more scalable and efficient by reducing the time required for gene synthesis. With a team led by renowned biotechnology scientists and entrepreneurs, Elegen is well-positioned to lead the industry in reprogramming biology to address significant human challenges.
