THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and Reigning Champ is growing with it. As a member of the Digital Department, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for curating merchandise assortment and presenting our product in the most inspiring way for our clients across all digital touchpoints. You will own and develop the eCommerce merchandising strategy, ensuring exceptional online shopping experiences by showcasing the right assortment, content, and categories across the space available, maximizing eCommerce performance.
THE ROLE
As the Manager, eCommerce Merchandising, you will:
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives
• Oversee product and content placement across digital touchpoints, maximizing performance while upholding the standards of accuracy, organization, and presentation
• Translate and enhance our product stories across digital touchpoints working closely with Business Support partners to continually elevate the product discovery experience
• Oversee the product catalogue and publishing process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy of product data and publishing across Digital and Retail through Preparation, Quality Assurance, and Posting
• Prepare, analyse and present merchandising reports, reviewing performance to generate actionable insights that informs decision making
• Lead and mentor a team, enabling progressive career development and an exceptional employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager, eCommerce Merchandising, has:
• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• A sense of urgency executing job responsibilities, prioritizing urgent and important work
• An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $130,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

("Aritzia" or the "Company") (TSX: ATZ) today announced that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has accepted its notice of intention to proceed with a normal course issuer bid ("NCIB").Pursuant to the NCIB, Aritzia may purchase up to 4,226,994 of its subordinate voting shares ("Shares"), representing approximately 5% of the public float of 84,539,881 Shares as at April 30, 2025, during the twelve-month period commencing May 7, 2025 and ending May 6, 2026. As at April 30, 2025, there were 94,751,567 Shares issued and outstanding. Under the NCIB, other than purchases made under block purchase exemptions, Aritzia may purchase up to 153,356 Shares on the TSX during any trading day, which represents approximately 25% of the average daily trading volume on the TSX for the most recently completed six calendar months (being 613,425 Shares) prior to the TSX's acceptance of the notice of the NCIB. Any Shares purchased under the NCIB will be cancelled.Aritzia's Board of Directors believes that an NCIB represents an appropriate and desirable use of its available cash, after prioritizing investments in boutiques and strategic infrastructure, to increase shareholder value and is in the best interest of Aritzia and its shareholders.
