The World's Best Culture Certification recognizes aging services organizations that have created exceptional workplace cultures. The certification is determined through the Culture Values Assessment developed by Barrett Values Centre, a globally recognized tool used to measure organizational culture and values alignment. Drive Culture Outcomes, a consulting firm specializing in culture within aging services, is a leading user of this assessment. Organizations such as Mastercard, Coca-Cola, Prudential, and Volvo have also utilized the assessment to better understand and strengthen their workplace environments. With more than 25 years of data and four million assessments in its database, Barrett Values Centre provides a trusted benchmark for measuring organizational culture. How do team members help shape CLC's culture? The Culture Values Assessment gives team members across CLC communities, services, and support teams an opportunity to share their personal values, the organization's current values, and the values they would like to see reflected in their ideal workplace. This year, 757 team members participated in the assessment. Their feedback helped identify organizational strengths, opportunities for growth, and the values that define the CLC experience. What Culture Score did CLC earn? To receive World's Best Culture Certification, organizations must achieve a minimum score of 70 on the Culture Values Assessment. Ziegler has closed $41.2 million in Series 2026 Bonds for Christian Living Communities Obligated Group through the Colorado Health Facilities Authority. The organisation operates three senior living communities in Denver metro comprising 474 independent living units, 122 assisted living apartments and 192 skilled nursing beds. Proceeds will refund Series 2016 Bonds and fund $2 million in capital expenditures, generating over $4 million in debt service savings. Fitch awarded the Obligated Group a "BBB+" rating with stable outlook in connection with the issuance. Christian Living Communities' parent organisation includes three additional assisted living facilities, a home care agency, a Medicare Advantage programme and third-party management company Capella Living Solutions. Ziegler is the leading underwriter of financings for not-for-profit senior living providers in the US.
