Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in User Experience Design in an ecommerce retail environment that includes shown ability leading people leaders.
  • Experience managing a team in a high growth environment; prior success with running employees across multiple products and/or programs.
  • Consistent track record in attracting, developing, and motivating the talent needed for current and future business needs.
  • Demonstration of maintaining dedication expectations and leading teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in and handling user experience design groups in large, product-based organizations.
  • Proficiency in standard methodologies for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design; practical knowledge of User Centered Design processes and lifecycles; ability to provide and optimally communicate and tactical recommendations based on quantitative/qualitative data and efficient Design practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of the latest design concepts, new technologies, and other developments in the user experience field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills; the ability to communicate concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree, in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience within the design field.
