Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or an equivalent field is required.
  • A valid landscape architecture license is required.
  • Experience with project management, computer-aided design, landscape and land planning design, public presentations, site layout and grading, site plan renderings, quality control review of proposed plans, bid packages and submittals, specifications, networking, and client development is required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is required.
  • Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, and Lumion is required.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on project design for a wide range of large and small private- and public-sector projects.
  • Collaborate in-house with landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers, and land surveyors to assist clients in project development.
  • Prepare and review specifications.
  • Prepare bid packages and submittals.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of proposed plans.
  • Deliver public presentations.
  • Perform site layout and grading.
  • Create site plan renderings.
  • Support networking and client development activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with Civil 3D is preferred.
  • Experience with GIS and ArcView is beneficial.
