Requirements
  • An Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is required.
  • At least 4 years of professional sonography experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in abdominal and obstetric/gynecologic sonography is required.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain partnerships with clinical sites and healthcare organizations.
  • Secure and manage clinical affiliation agreements.
  • Coordinate and oversee student clinical placements and rotations.
  • Ensure students meet clinical requirements, including immunizations, background checks, and drug screenings.
  • Visit clinical sites and support clinical instructors and preceptors.
  • Teach didactic and clinical coursework within the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
  • Deliver lectures, laboratory instruction, and hands-on learning experiences.
  • Monitor student progress, provide coaching and feedback, and support student success.
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation, institutional, and clinical partner requirements.
  • Participate in campus, professional, and community engagement activities.
