Requirements
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analysis, Media, or related field
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a focus in media or digital
  • Expert project management and team management skills
  • Experience with statistical modelling techniques (Marketing Mix Modeling, Conversion Lifts, Attribution Modelling)
Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic and innovative data and analytics efforts to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ensure insights are communicated to internal teams and integrated into strategic discussions with clients
  • Operationalize strategic plans and translate them into actionable initiatives
  • Understand business challenges and produce relevant solutions for timely decision making
  • Act as the primary point of engagement with clients, channel delivery teams, and Client Service teams
  • Prepare executive level presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Mentor staff in supporting Client Services and Products & Services
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments in methodologies and technologies
