  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of the Take Command Autopay product
  • Identifying and addressing payment discrepancies and failed payments
  • Working with carriers to process missing payments
  • Designing processes to address missing payments and payment inconsistencies
  • Organizing and maintaining data integrity for AutoPay client transactions
  • Supporting Expanded AutoPay functionality
  • Assisting in the management of AutoPay pipeline
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and scale
  • Developing cross-functional relationships with various teams
  • Functioning as a subject matter expert for AutoPay
  • Supporting the management of the contingent workforce
