  • 5 years marketing experience in a hands-on growth or lifecycle marketing role, preferably with a SaaS company.
  • Results oriented with a deep understanding of growth marketing tactics and employ a test-and-learn approach.
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms like Braze, Iterable, and familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Excellent communication skills for editing and writing effective copy for conversion and creative optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced spreadsheet and data visualization skills; experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Passionate about secure digital learning and edtech with creativity in tackling business opportunities.
  • Experience setting goals on large complex projects and coordinating across diverse teams.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, performance marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience working with and managing agencies and contractors.
Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the growth strategy for districts.
  • Segment customer data and extract insights to accelerate growth loops.
  • Define the thesis for district growth and set the experimentation roadmap.
  • Develop strategies to drive adoption and engagement of Clever’s products in more schools and school districts.
  • Build lifecycle marketing programs to engage, nurture, and convert users with complex needs.
  • Partner with various teams to develop and launch high-impact integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with platform vendors and scale new marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to improve onboarding and activation flows.
  • Maintain a clear line of sight on business impact driven by growth marketing programs.
