  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or quality engineering role
  • Competency with SQL databases and ability to write SQL queries

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve business processes and systems for rate production including manufacturing execution, inventory management, nonconformance resolution, configuration management, material traceability, process control, and maintenance
  • Develop standardized metrics for the Production and Quality organizations
  • Implement data acquisition and tracking for Production and Quality metrics
  • Act as subject matter expert in multiple production processes and systems, enabling complex data gathering, troubleshooting, and problem solving
  • Assist the Production leadership team to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing production output, quality enhancements, and cost of manufacturability
  • Develop and execute training and communication plans during major process changes
  • Collaborate across disciplines including Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization
  • Develop production factory design including building requirements, facility resources, and part flow to meet production rate
  • Ownership of floor layouts, capacity studies, and product flow analysis to ensure on-time product delivery
