Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales and client teams from project briefing to post-event analysis, ensuring seamless client onboarding and ongoing updates.
  • Collaborating with sales to evaluate event viability, establish goals, and outline responsibilities and timelines customized to client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real-time, manage project budgets, track achievements, and compile post-event reports with findings and analysis.
  • Contribute to developing project management standards, tools, and templates to strengthen team capabilities and customer happiness.
