As a Principal, you will:
- Serve as primary point of contact for multiple small clients or a single large account.
- Rapidly internalize client needs and identify key issues; recommend/design project approaches that address client’s key objectives/business questions
- Communicate project design, strengths, and weaknesses, and adapt project design based on client feedback
- Ability to clearly communicate in structured and unstructured interactions
- Lead a team on high quality and on time delivery, ensuring high level of client satisfaction and repeat business/referrals
- Opportunity for growth into practice leadership and/or business generation roles
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience. Have had primary responsibility for client management and successfully delivered resulting in additional follow-on work with the same client.
- Experience across project types (opportunity assessment, commercial strategy, brand/launch planning, patient journey) is required. Medical affairs experience is highly valued.
Base Salary is $150,000-$275,000.
