Secura Bio is an integrated biopharmaceutical company focused on bringing oncology therapies to patients. Its main product is COPIKTRA (duvelisib), an oral PI3K inhibitor used to treat adults with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). The company is also running a Phase 3 study of COPIKTRA for relapsed or refractory nodal T-follicular helper cell lymphoma. Secura Bio’s approach centers on acquiring, developing, and commercializing approved and late-stage oncology assets, with headquarters in Las Vegas and a European office in Dublin. In simple terms, the company buys or develops cancer drugs and then brings them to doctors and patients who need them. Its goal is to close the gap between available oncology therapies and the patients who can benefit from them.

What believers are saying

  • PRIMO's April 27, 2026 JCO publication validated duvelisib in relapsed peripheral T-cell lymphoma.
  • Secura Bio said November 2025 U.S. COPIKTRA sales grew over 30% year over year.
  • TERZO randomized 35 of 124 patients by December 22, 2025, supporting early-2027 readout.

What critics are saying

  • COPIKTRA is a single-product business; any setback in TERZO cripples 2027 growth.
  • The FDA label limits COPIKTRA to third-line CLL/SLL because of treatment-related mortality.
  • Europe withdrew Copiktra on February 16, 2026, eliminating an entire commercial region.

What makes Secura Bio unique

  • COPIKTRA is the first U.S.-approved dual PI3K-delta and PI3K-gamma inhibitor.
  • Secura Bio buys late-stage oncology assets and commercializes them globally from 2019 onward.
  • TERZO and PRIMO give Secura Bio a rare commercial-plus-development lymphoma platform.
