Requirements
- 4+ years of technical product management experience, preferably with a SaaS product
- 2+ years working with engineering teams responsible for SaaS infrastructure and/or shared services
- Strong technical background, including experience with APIs, microservices and SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of platform development and interoperability across related capabilities
- Experience and ability to work productively with engineers and build trust and buy-in
- Ability to ask the right questions and drive the right conversations with engineers to ensure we are building the right things with the right technology
- Strong product discovery experience and the experience to see concepts through design, execution, and release
- Strong execution experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to manage multiple team backlogs simultaneously
- Ability to easily move from tactical to strategic thinking with the skill of defining the strategic technical roadmap for the company
Responsibilities
- Lead the effort to build foundational components and shared services for the Xevant SaaS platform
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams developing platform components and products
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Set requirements for new features and systems
