Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required for two weeks during the year for Truveta Planning Weeks.
For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.

This Opportunity
In this role, you would lead a team of product managers to bring Truveta’s unprecedented scale high-quality data services to market. This VP of Product Management and their team will be responsible for driving business objectives for Truveta around the acquisition, normalization, deidentification, and usability of these data. You will develop and drive the Data roadmap and set the vision for how Truveta can deliver the highest quality data to our customers.
A successful VP of Product Management at Truveta is one who:
- Is customer-focused, working actively to understand the research, analytic, and data needs of our customers
- Is very detail oriented and unafraid to roll up their sleeves and dive directly into the data if needed to better understand our products and needs of customers
- Loves working in a fast-paced environment with numerous moving parts
- Is energized through cross-team collaboration and building products with a large set of stakeholders
- Is an excellent written and oral communicator ranging from customer-facing scenarios to highly technical internal conversations
- Is passionate for people management and committed to the growth and well-being of their team
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of leading product management with successful track record in shipping data and analytics services.
- Expertise in healthcare data (e.g EHR, claims, imaging, genetics) as well as methods used for traditional analytics
- Understanding of the potential for AI/ML to transform traditional analytics
- Able to work with teams on west coast hours. We celebrate and embrace a distributed team that works well together remotely and meets at least twice per year in person.

- The base pay for this position is $217,000 to $330,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
