Requirements
  • Hold a Technical Instructor certification or designation, such as CTT+, a teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, or adjunct faculty certification, or have at least two years of experience teaching technical content in a formal classroom setting.
  • Hold a Department of Defense Approved 8140.01 Baseline Certification at any Information Assurance Technical Level 2 or higher.
  • Have familiarity with and experience using Git, GitLab, and GitHub version control software.
  • Be a graduate of one of the listed Army 17-series MOS/AOC producing courses: 17C AIT, 17A BOLC or CWOTCC, 170A WOBC, 25D, or 255S; alternatively, be a graduate of the Cyber Common Technical Core functional course, a graduate of the Computer Network Operations Qualification Course, or hold Offensive Security Certified Professional certification.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical instruction on foundational cyber capabilities for the United States Army and the broader Cyber Mission Force.
  • Develop curriculum for foundational cyber capabilities.
  • Ensure cyber operators develop the technical proficiency required to execute complex operations.
  • Deliver training in military institution and industrial settings.
