Our Engineering team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee the Agile Scrum process for 3+ cross functional teams.  This role will assist these teams to enhance productivity, improve collaboration, mitigate risks and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You will be responsible for assisting/coaching the Technical Lead Managers for your teams to ensure best practices for Agile Scrum or Kanban are followed. 
• Oversee 3+ cross-functional scrum teams consisting of iOS, Android and backend developers and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to launch and continuously improve features of our mobile application and website
• Lead and/or oversee daily scrums, backlog grooming, planning and retrospective sessions
• Coordinate with your teams to ensure projects have estimates and deadlines
• Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback
• Identify risks and resolve issues that impact project completion
• Coordinate testing schedules with QA staff to ensure quality within project deadlines
• Utilize the company’s issue tracking software to ensure each team has the appropriate workflow and transitions to manage projects through the development life-cycle
• Execute product review and quality assurance according to our methodology
• Utilize sprint reports to track team velocity and ensure teams are meeting their sprint goals
• Ensures team participation in end of sprint demos
• Facilitates hands-on testing sessions 
• Lead various projects as required, which includes organizing kick off meetings, taking meeting minutes, following up on action items and developing project plans 
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master, project manager or have applications development management experience
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies such as scrum or kanban is a plus
• Proven track record of launching and improving consumer-facing mobile applications
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with minimal direction
• Must possess strong planning, coordination, people management, and communication skills with a positive team-oriented attitude
• Must be highly organized with strong attention attention to detail
• Must be able to effectively communicate with non-technical staff to gather requirements and with technical staff to implement those requirements.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• BA/BS required

 
Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $160,000. 
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
