Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field, or four years of related progressive work experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Two years of related work experience for Analyst 1.
  • Four years of related work experience for Analyst 2.
  • Six years of related work experience for Senior Work and Asset Applications Analyst.
  • Related experience in work and asset management, data and analytics, or application support.
  • Proficiency with asset management software and tools.
  • Strong data entry and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to monitor and manage solutions and data.
  • Experience participating in transformation projects and managing organizational stakeholders and goals.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong personal computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Verbal and written communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contributor to work and asset management initiatives by translating business processes and use cases into enhancements and new processes within the Maximo Application Suite and related enterprise applications.
  • Maintain records of gas transmission assets, including pipelines, compressors, valves, meters, and pressure-regulating equipment, and administer asset data attributes using specialized software and databases.
  • Coordinate and track maintenance and inspection schedules, work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and corrective work through the Maximo Application Suite.
  • Extract, transform, and load source-system data into work and asset management, analytics, and reporting platforms; build data models and optimize query performance.
  • Develop, validate, and maintain reports and dashboards for work and asset management, asset performance, lifecycle, and maintenance tasks.
  • Contribute to model development, model testing, data validation, and data integrity efforts, and perform root cause analysis for data-related issues across integrated systems.
  • Document technical and data requirements, ETL processes, and configuration decisions, and collaborate with information technology teams and business users to validate deliverables.
  • Support asset management policies and procedures across acquisition, maintenance, and disposal, and assist with standards, workflows, and configuration changes within the Maximo Application Suite.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders, and prepare reports and briefings for work and asset management leadership.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, procurement, and engineering teams on cross-functional initiatives, including tracking assignments, updating tasks, and coordinating with field operations.
  • Partner with vendors and internal information technology teams on software considerations, patches, and upgrades; communicate risks and support operational issue remediation.
  • Develop deliverables within an Agile development activity cycle, perform system analysis, develop use cases, and identify configuration or code changes based on business requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or using the Maximo Application Suite or a comparable enterprise asset management platform.
  • Experience with work or project management platforms and enterprise reporting tools.
  • Preferred skills in Oracle Analytics Cloud/Server, Microsoft Power BI, Maximo, Oracle Fusion, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
