  • Over 7 years of sales experience and at least 5 years of experience in the e-commerce (marketing and development) or related services sector
  • Experience in selling services, ideally agency or consulting services
  • Experience in account management
  • Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal skills, and teamwork ability
  • Proficiency in English to be able to read, write, and communicate with our English-speaking clientele
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth;
  • Achieve and track quarterly and annual sales growth targets;
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in e-commerce and unified commerce markets;
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales opportunities in mid-market & enterprise accounts;
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with clients;
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure quality customer service;
  • Prepare and lead strategic sales meetings with clients;
  • Work on documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to be more efficient.
