Requirements
  • Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guests’ stay
  • Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel is required
  • Full working rights in Australia – sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Must be reliable with the ability to work a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional, personalised & fun customer service while maintaining luxury standards to ensure all of our guests feel welcome
  • Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
  • Checking guests in and out and maintaining their account using our PMS, Opera
  • Answering guest queries in a positive and effective manner
  • Daily liaison with departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience with Opera or Opera Cloud preferred
