  • Degree in relevant engineering discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of aerospace experience
  • Experience in eVTOL or electric aircraft development is highly desired
  • Familiarity with high voltage testing equipment and methodologies
  • Knowledge of environmental and EMI/EMC considerations in high voltage systems
  • Experience with DO-160, and other relevant aerospace standards
  • Experience with electrical harness design and routing in the context of aerospace is desired
  • Knowledge of Siemens NX is beneficial
  • Knowledge of electrical 2D drawing tools such as Capital is beneficial
  • Good knowledge of harness routing and installation rules
  • Basic knowledge with PDM/PLM systems
  • Experience with regulatory requirements, standards and aerospace certification procedures
  • Strong motivation to help build processes, guidelines and tools for EWIS design
  • High level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously
  • Target-oriented, driven work style with analytic problem-solving skills
  • The ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
  • Fluent English language skills
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high voltage harness systems for eVTOL aircraft
  • Select appropriate components such as connectors, cables, and protective elements
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to integrate high voltage harnesses
  • Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation for high voltage harness designs
  • Develop and execute test plans for high voltage harness systems
